Scaling a Performance Culture

In this session, John will spend an hour exploring the challenges and critical importance of scaling a performance culture. Many of your companies are at key inflection points where the executive team's culture and commitment to performance throughout the organization are critical to achieving the company's next level of success.

A few discrete topics that John will cover include:

  • Establishing Values that are relevant, real, and operational
  • Setting expectations around those values in day-to-day work
  • Open, Direct, Honest communication about the nature of a performance culture
  • Enrolling and empowering your senior leadership team to help drive change
  • The A Player, B Player, C Player “thing” and how to get it right
  • The commitment required in the CEO role to make all of this work to drive value

I’m sure everyone will agree this will be a stellar (and hyper-relevant) session! The goal is for you to leave the session with a handful of insights, decisions, and actions you can take to strengthen your organization and achieve high performance.
