Yaseen joined PeakSpan Capital in 2021. Prior to joining PeakSpan, Yaseen was an investment banking Associate at J.P. Morgan, where he worked on M&A execution and capital raises for software, internet and semiconductor companies. Prior to investment banking, Yaseen began his career at MUFG Union Bank as a Quantitative Analyst in the Portfolio Stress Testing group, where he created statistical models and utilized machine learning to price portfolio vulnerabilities. Yaseen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, receiving both an M.S. and a B.S. in Quantitative Economics. Yaseen has passed all three levels of the CFA exam and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Yaseen is a lifelong Lakers fan and enjoys playing tennis, all things outdoors and pretending to be a sushi expert in his free time!
