For the majority of my life, I was dead set on becoming a football coach. However, I quickly came to realize that being a growth-stage software investor, specifically at PeakSpan, or a coach, are fundamentally similar – as a partner of choice, it is our responsibility, and privilege, to work vigorously alongside talented entrepreneurs and help put them in the best position to succeed, just as any coach would do. I wake up every morning incredibly energized by the fact that I get to help others reach their goals.
Charlie joined the PeakSpan team officially in 2022 after interning at the firm the previous summer. Since joining, Charlie has focused the majority of his time looking at and working with companies in both the Human Capital Management and Go-To-Market tech space. Charlie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Middlebury College where he studied Political Science and Psychology, and played on the football team. Prior to Middlebury, Charlie played football in the Big Ten for the University of Illinois Fighting Illini. In his spare time, Charlie enjoys all things sports (playing, watching & talking), listening to country music, and hanging out with friends.
