Cyara Recognises Optus as Top ANZ/APAC Partner at 2021 CXcellence Awards

MELBOURNE – 18 October, 2021Cyara, provider of the award-winning Automated CX Assurance Platform, today announced the recipients of the 2021 Cyara CXcellence Customer Awards, also known as the Smileys – an annual award program recognising Cyara customers and partners that have demonstrated exemplary commitments to customer experience (CX) and DevOps best practices and innovations.

Optus received the top award as the Top ANZ/APAC Partner for the 2021 CXcellence Awards due to Optus’ strategic commitment to Cyara in a variety of ways including:

  • Fully productising Cyara within its customer experience business portfolio, enabling Cyara to be made available to customers as a complete Optus service, delivered, managed and billed by Optus;
  • Utilising Cyara’s solutions internally to ensure that Optus is delivering positive experiences for all of its clients;
  • Having more than 10 Optus employees trained and certified on Cyara within the last 12 months, demonstrating excellent commitment towards achieving technical excellence with Cyara’s technology.
