With Previous Roles at Electronic Arts, Avaya and Honeywell, Braidish Joins Cyara to Drive its Growth and HR Strategy Forward in 2022 and Beyond
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – December 14, 2021 – Cyara, provider of the award-winning Automated Customer Experience (CX) Assurance Platform, today announced the appointment of its new chief people officer (CPO), human resources (HR) industry veteran Jeremy Braidish to lead Cyara’s human resources strategy, including compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, talent development, business partner activities as well as leading all human resources functions globally. Braidish brings more than 20 years of experience as an HR executive and is known for architecting and deploying solutions that align with the needs of the workforce, business and customers.
Reporting to CEO, Alok Kulkarni, Braidish will also be a key member of Cyara’s Executive Operating Committee, which collaborates to ensure Cyara continues to build and foster an inclusive culture that attracts, retains and develops the best team. The Cyara HR team will report to him directly.

Braidish specializes in creating high-performing HR teams that deliver results that impact the bottom line. Before joining Cyara, Braidish served as vice president of human resources at Electronic Arts (EA) for its Worldwide Studios organization, where he spent the last four years overseeing HR for EA’s game developers. Prior to that, he held leadership roles in organizational development and learning, talent acquisition, total rewards and HR business partnerships at leading companies such as Avaya, Honeywell and Dell.
