Through this acquisition, Kaspr offers Cognism better access to the French market and strengthens Cognism as a leader in commercial data processing.
The acquisition, which concerned both France and England, under the direction of Gilles Amsallem, involved several teams from Taylor Wessing:
In France, the operation mobilized Gilles Amsallem (Picture, partner), Dalila Mabrouki (counsel) and Adrien Ahmadi Kermanshahani (associate) in corporate; Christophe Flaicher (partner), Gwendal Chatain (counsel) on tax law aspects; Claudia Jonath (partner), Julie Filliard (senior associate) on employment law aspects; Marc Schuler (partner), Inès Tribouillet (senior associate) and Laura Huck (associate) on intellectual property aspects.
